Return Policy

If we send you the wrong item, obviously we will correct the situation. We do not accept returns with one exception = if a product fails. If a product fails you must be able to provide a test report stating the exact failure within 14 days of receipt. For tools, any warranty claims should be directed to the original manufacturer only.
