This flushmount fixture was made by Doria Germany.
The frame in white painted metal.
The tubes handmade from heavy glas. There are two extra replacement tubes includet.

the outer ring with 28 tubes, the middle ring with 20 tubes and the inner ring with 12 tupes.
Each tube is 13 x 4 cm (5.1 x 1.6"),
